We deliver your prints and laminated respectively framed art works safely packed. Of course, we underwrite the insurance against damage and loss for you during delivery. All our photographs are autographed by the artist, either directly on the print or on special stickers.
Additionally to every photograph you get a signed certificate including the following information: Artist, Title of the artwork, Series, Year of actual shot and year of production, Edition, Material and ID.
All the shipping costs get calculated and displayed for you during the online order process. If you order a variety of art pieces, we only charge the price for the largest artwork from your order. Books and all other items are shipped for free within Germany at a minimum order value of €25,-. Shipping costs for Europe amount to €7,50 and €16,90 for all other countries.

We handle every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if something's awry and/or you're just not totally pleased, let us know. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we'll have at helping you out. It's our goal to make CAndela a great experience for every collector. All return inquiries should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before contacting us, please read the following guidelines for returns:
Inquiries about exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days from the date your print was marked delivered. There are no refunds for gift certificate purchases.
We pack our prints with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won't be damaged, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions. All prints are shipped via experts in shipping art, which provide tracking. In the unfortunate event that a print is damaged, if it's possible, we'll replace your print as soon as we are notified once proof of the damage has been received (you can send in a digital snapshot). As all prints are part of limited editions, we can't replace damaged prints after the edition has sold out. If a print is damaged in shipping and the edition has sold out, we will refund your purchase.
What if I don't have a specific issue and just don't like the print once I see it in person?
We're pretty sure that once you have a Candela print in your hands, you'll be happy. But, if for some reason, you aren't thrilled with your purchase, let us know why and we'll do what we can to make the collecting experience a good one for you. Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with the print.
